I acknowledge having taken notice of following information:
- I shall participate in an interactive program with dolphins at the hotel Intercontinental Moorea Resort and Spa that includes being in the lagoon in direct contact with the dolphins.
- The Moorea Dolphin Center is not responsible for any injury caused by the fauna living in our lagoon (stone fish, sea urchins, morays, acanthaster, etc…)
- I understand that physical activity has varying effects on individuals based on their size, age, physical condition and/or state of health. It is my responsibility to estimate my ability and physical fitness to take part in these interactive programs with the dolphins.
- The Moorea Dolphin Center SARL, the Hotel Intercontinental Moorea Resort and Spa and Tahiti Beachcomber SA will not be held responsible for the loss of or damage to my personal belongings while I am participating in an interactive program with the dolphins.
- I will respect the rules given prior to any interactive programs of the Moorea Dolphin Center and I discharge the above-named parties of any responsibility if I do not respect the instructions given by the staff of the Moorea Dolphin Center before and during the interactive program.
- Due to insurance policy, pregnant women are not authorized to take part in the interactive programs with the dolphins.
- I consent to the use of my photography and/or likeness by the Moorea Dolphin Center SARL and/or the hotel Intercontinental Moorea Resort and Spa or Tahiti Beachcomber SA for promotional purposes.
- Moorea Dolphin Center SARL prohibits participants from bringing a camera or video during their interactive program with the dolphins.
- The Moorea Dolphin Center SARL recommends not wearing any jewelry while participating in one of the interactive programs with the dolphins.
- I acknowledge having carefully read this waiver of liability in its entirety and I understand and will respect its terms.
- This document relieves the Moorea Dolphin Center french Polynesia SARL, the hotel Intercontinental Moorea Resort and Spa and Tahiti Beachcomber from civil liabilities pertaining to the information below, and the undersigned therefore renounces to any civil liability suit against the above named parties.
